How do I clean and care for my Thimble Joy pieces?
One of the many benefits of using organic cotton is that the pieces are incredibly durable! This comes in handy when your littles are crawling all over the floor and playing in the dirt. Feel free to throw your bows and bow ties in the wash on a cold cycle, then let them air dry.
How soon does my purchase ship?
Great question! Under normal circumstances our family works very hard to have your order ship withint 1-3 business days. However with the recent delays in shipping and our supply manufactuers working at a limited capacity due to COVID-19, our turn around timeline has temporarily changed. From August 19-September 18, 2020 all orders placed should start shipping after our adjusted processing of 6-10 business days. Starting September 20, 2020 we place to resume our normal 1-3 business processing time so that you order arrives in a timely fashion! We so appreciate your patience and understanding as our family run shop works hard to process you order as quickly as possible amidst this time!
Do you accept returns?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of recieving your order so we can make it right.
What percentage of my purchase goes to charitable donation?
10% of each *purchase* goes to our sponsered organization. We look forward to giving annual updates on how much Thimble Joy has contributated to the community and how those donations have translated into changing lives.
